The cabins were an easy walk from many restaurants and bars which was a huge plus! The owner was very responsive to any questions/concerns we had. We were able to use the dock to hook our boat up to when we wanted a break from the water. Both cabins have big decks with seating to relax by the water. We were able to split our group up among the 2 cabins which gave us plenty room to sleep and hang out. Property and cabins were clean and matched the pictures on listing exactly. (Guests ARE NOT permitted to sleep overnight in the cabin.) The cabin has a large walkout deck, grassy area with fire pit, and "beach"/waterfront access, which is perfect for swimming or fishing.Īll guests will enjoy contactless entry, and guests have access to both the home and entertainment cabins, 2 gas grills, parking spaces and boat dock.

Features: 75 feet of west facing lakefront, dock to tie up own boat, gradual sandy beach with natural rock sea wall, outdoor furniture, fully furnished interior, equipped kitchen, microwave, gas bbq, full size washer and dryer, large screen HDTV, bluray, wifi and internet access. This cozy cottage is located on red sands beach, lower basin, Lake James boasting awesome sunsets and peaceful surroundings. There's also an outdoor gas grill and gas fire pit and the use of our 3 kayaks (one is small for a child) Sandy bottom and nice swim area off of the dock. There is a large dock and space for you to bring 1 boat only. There is also a small beach house down by the lake side which is screened in and provides additional seating in the summer, a table/chairs for games and a 1/2 bath. The lower deck is dry if it rains or is too hot, so it's a nice gathering place in the summer. Outside there are two full decks to enjoy the lake view or to have dinner and wine and enjoy the sunset. Sheets and towels are not provided, blankets are. The lower level also has a washer and dryer and an extra refrigerator in the full bathroom. NO PETS AND NO SMOKING.īedrooms consist of one king, one double and two twins on upper level and one queen bed and two twins on the lower level. The house is updated with all the kitchen amenities, granite counters, dishwasher, wine cooler, eat in kitchen, diningroom, living room, gas fireplace, 2 large screen TV's, two outdoor decks. Absolutely no more than 10 guests at any time.
This home is built on a hill and has lots of stairs and is not recommended for those with walking difficulties or wheelchairs. We are located on the middle basin of Lake James facing Pokagon State Park. Beautiful waterfront home with large yard, our home is set back from the water.
